DISCLOSURES & POLICIES

HOW LONG WILL THE PRESERVATION PROCESS TAKE?

My general timeframe is 5-6 months from the date I receive your flowers. This is considering pressing/drying as well as the time for art creation.

Some specialty resin requests and multiple items can cause me to exceed this timeframe and sometimes I don’t know it will be a longer project till I get started, so please advise if there are any certain time parameters you would like to keep within. These pieces I create for you take time and I want to make sure that this is something you can cherish.

If you are looking for any style changes once your piece(s) are completed, then there will be a $75 inclusion fee for extending work process and altering the already finished piece.

I treat every bouquet like it is gold! I completely understand the importance of these flowers and what I am creating for you. I like to think of these as heirloom pieces that will last lifetimes to come.

WE LOVE BIG ORDERS! THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING THAT THEY TAKE EXTRA TIME TO COMPLETE :)

FINISHED ITEMS & rETURNS

On custom items where colors and options are selected- There are no returns. If you are dissatisfied in anyway we will do our best correct the situation depending on what the complaint is.

I create art pieces, when flowers and resin are combined air bubbles can occur. I ensure every piece is functional so if bubbles occur on the usable surface I will repair them. However if there are bubbles on the backside that is unused/unseen/untouched they may still remain depending on how it effects the piece. I try my best to create something beautiful for you and just cannot tolerate nitpicking as if you bought something from a manufacturer. If you regularly buy from artists you will notice minor imperfections in different ways. I typically try and buy from only other small businesses and artists and I may notice these things but I will never belittle an artist over something minuet. I often accept these as a unique traits and love and appreciate the work put in. I have had all of these resin flower items at art shows where clients are able to view and hold products and I never receive complaints. I know you are at a bit of a disadvantage in being able to see and hold the product but just be aware I take even more time on pieces I mail especially because of this. I am not mass producing show products any longer so I am able to take more time with each order and making it the most beautiful.

Since these items are so personal to you, we always want to work through any issues. Although prefection is my ultimate goal, we only have so much control over the mediums. If we cannot come to an agreement to repair or alter your items and you wish to return for a refund, we will allow return of the items. IF choose to return a custom made item, a 15% restocking/supply fee will apply. We are not responsible for return shipping.

PERSONALIZED WEDDING PRODUCTS

Once you have input your design selections no alterations can be made. If for some reason you want to remove an item that has already been created, the supply cost of the item(s) will apply to your final bill. Please understand that we have already spent time and money creating these for you and have no way to earn that loss back.

Emails of inclusions can be overlooked and we don’t want to miss anything. If you notice any issues with the piece I am glad to repair anything you may dislike. You will be responsible for return shipping of the item to me and I will in turn ship the repaired item back to you with no additional fees. I take the utmost care when creating these pieces and understand that I am creating keepsake art to last for a lifetime. I absolutely want to ensure your happiness. Please work with me and have patience as I usually work alone and takes time to get through emails and pieces.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AFTER PAYMENT?

We usually ship orders Wednesday or Thursday by the following week after payment is made. If a flaw is noticed during packaging,We take great care in shipping these art pieces to ensure safety during travels. Keep in mind that we do recycle shipping materials. We receive a lot of packages in with different types of packing materials and it would be wasteful of my company to not recycle this. All materials saved are clean and in good condition. We do try and include little special

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

We wrap every art piece in more bubble wrap and cardboard than needed. I have been mailing frames for 6 years now and cannot even count on one hand the amount of breakages and 0 losses that have occurred, knock on wood. As such … we are not responsible for loss packages or breakage once mailed. If by rare chance loss or breakage occurs, you will first need to contact USPS and file the insurance claim to get your money for the loss or damages that occurred and recover as many flowers as possible. At this point I will definitely work with you the best I can to replace or repair the piece with new framing, however if flowers are damaged we will not be responsible for replacing them but funds from the claim can always be used towards the damages. Again, this is very rare and each situation is handles with as much care and help as possible.

If your items are damaged during shipping:

  • Open a claim with USPS

  • Photograph the package and items as they arrived

  • Save the shipping package and all of it’s contents per USPS requirements

If any issues occur during shipping, insurance is applied to all packages for the worth of the products inside.
